Lynne Gardner
Lynne Gardner has been passionately practicing and teaching yoga for the past ten years. She is a certified Kripalu instructor, and has extensively studied both Asthanga and Iyengar yoga.  She holds B.A. degrees in dance, humanities, and music composition, and is a certified personal trainer and Pilates instructor.  Her areas of specialization include yoga for scoliosis and back pain, anatomy and kinesiology for yoga teachers, and yoga and vocalization.  She is co-founder of Yoga Space Tahoe alongside Julie Ness.

Bill Folkman
Bill has over 20 years of experience with the yoga tradition and became a teacher himself to share this incredible tradition with others. Using the universal principles of alignment with energetic flow, Bill's classes combine Viniyoga, Iyengar and Anusara yoga. He also teaches Restorative classes.

Deborah Lapkin
Deborah Lapkin moved to Lake Tahoe from San Carlos, California at the age of 19. She has been practicing Yoga since 1984. She became a serious student of Yoga eight years ago after rehabilitation for a knee injury where she found Yoga to be a life-changing experience. In 2003, Deborah started to study Iyengar Yoga. She completed a two year study program at the prestigious Iyengar Institute of San Francisco in 2005 and is now preparing to become a fully certified Iyengar teacher. The Iyengar Yoga Certification is the guarantee of a teacher you can trust: knowledgeable, experienced, and thorouly-trained.

Deborah has studied with many renown Iyengar Yoga teachers including Manuso Manos, Patricia Walden, and Gloria Goldberg. In 2005, Deborah studied with B.K.S. Iyengar at the Yoga Journal Conference in Colorado. Recently, Deborah attended the Iyengar Conference in Las Vegas to study with Gita Iyengar.

Deborah started teaching Iyengar Yoga in 2004 at The Yoga Space in Tahoe City and at The Tahoe Yoga Wellness Center in Truckee. She loves Iyengar Yoga because it focuses on alignment, sequencing, and timing. It's a great method of Yoga for beginning students.

Diane Krieger
Diane began her yoga practice at age 20 living, studying and then teaching in a Sivananda yoga ashram in Haiku, Maui. She has also completed teacher training both in the Iyengar style, as well as with Eric Schiffmann who wrote 'The Spirit and Practice of Moving into Stillness'. Diane has trained in Yin/Vinyasa with Sarah Powers in Santa Barbara and in Thailand, where she also studied Thai Yoga Massage.

Tammy Graham
Tammy is a Certified Kripalu yoga instructor. She gained the love of the Sierras and a healthy lifestyle after moving to Lake Tahoe in 1992. She is an avid snowboarder, mountaineer and Olympic style weightlifter. It was a recurring injury that finally brought her to a Yoga class. It did not take long for her to realize that Yoga was all she truly needed to attain strength, flexibility, self awareness and spirituality. Becoming a teacher was a calling she could not resist.
